I’m Andra Biondi, and I’m proud to be your Liberal candidate for Victoria Park.

I was born and raised locally, went to school at Holy Name Primary School, and have lived in the area for over 28 years. I am connected to, and passionate about this community. My family first arrived from Argentina in 1974 and chose to make Carlisle home. We have remained here since, with our original home still in our family today.

 

Raised by my mum, uncle, and grandparents with humble beginnings, I learned the value of hard work, perseverance, and the importance of building a better life for our families and communities.

 

As a qualified Town Planner with experience in both State and Local Government and the private sector, I currently work as a town planning consultant. My background also includes working with small businesses, giving me a solid understanding of the challenges they face.

 

Like many of you, I’m concerned about the issues impacting our community—rising crime, increasing traffic congestion, and the struggles of local businesses to recover. Seniors and families are feeling less safe in their own homes, and many are frustrated by the lack of support for local businesses.

 

As someone who lives and works here, I’m committed to listening to our community and finding practical solutions.

 

As part of the Liberal team, I’ll fight for real action on the cost of living, better access to local health services, more resources for police, and greater support for small businesses and entrepreneurs to help create jobs.
